The process for studying in Australia is the same from Argentina as from any other country: choose a course at an institution authorised to enrol international students, obtain the confirmation of enrolment, take out student health cover, and lodge the application with your documents.
What your starting point adds is, above all, logistics: documents issued in Argentina and in Spanish that normally require certified translation into English, and local procedures that are worth allowing time for.
English depends on the course and the institution you choose. And your study plan needs its own coherence — what to study, why, and how it connects with what you have already done — because that is part of what every student application tells.
There is a nuance worth knowing: for some nationalities — Argentina among them — there are also visas that combine travel and work for a period. They are pathways distinct from the student route, with their own rules. If your goal is to study, the student visa is the natural pathway; but understanding the complete picture before deciding never hurts.
